It says that? How do I fix that? I never got my premissions so if someone can pm me or post the fix here that would be nice. Also toffee check your pm

You can re-issue your license from your client area.

If toffee77 has already fixed your forum permissions, you can check this thread and ask for a local license installation for the mp3 script.

Run http://yourdomain.com/index.php?reset if you're using 1.7 and higher version of the script.

Ok all these sceniaros are wrong, I have not moved my site, I have not changed anythihng it just top working, I went to my client area and did a reissue and it still says my license is invalid. So if you guys would since I paid for the install I would like you go fix it for me it has been down over a month we cannot even put in a support ticket because your site does not come up.

I had script worked after i get email abotu reissue of my license. Script was ok for a day. Second day, i get in site and it sayz error api license blablabla... you kknow what error.

I didnt change domain, no change ip. Just stoped work.
I reissued license, and did ndex.php?reset but it still show Reissued in client panel and no ACTIVE, and site dont work...

I asked Belgin fish for a local license, i hope he will answwer me asap, because i neeed this site to run in 2 days or my client will ask for money back which i cant afford..

good luck on the answer all my sites are down and I have 5 of them, we all need to get together and file a complaint this crap is getting old with me spend the money and support is almost non existing. losing money because sites are down over a month, installs taking a month not 3 days. take some time and read through for all the compliants on this forum if they are not deleted but the last time I counted when I was having issue with the installs there was over 200 from people who paid and not heard back about the there installs. lets spread the work either they are going to help us or I going public

just purchased and installed the script but looks like I get same error: "Invalid API fingerprint...."

need to contact support but get this notification : "The Helpdesk is currently down for maintenance.."
